My preference

I would prefer henry Fayol because management has a big roll in current times for companies and every thing else. In addition,(14) principle, found by Fayol, are very efficient and they serve as the best principles for carrying out an effective management activities.However,I would prefer to add an imprtant point which is not ignoring the right of hardworking worker . That is, we have to saupport him with all finincial and moral support to make him contribute and come up with ceative ideas for developing and enhancing the company .

Problem

It is an obstacle which makes it difficult to achieve a desired goal, objective or purpose. It refers to a situation, condition, or issue that is yet unresolved. In a broad sense, a problem exists when an individual becomes aware of a significant difference between what actually is and what is desired. Every problem asks for an answer or solution.

In business and engineering, a problem is a difference between actual conditions and those that are required or desired. Often, the causes of a problem are not known, in which case root cause analysis is employed to find the causes and identify corrective actions.

n society, a problem can refer to particular social issues, which if solved would yield social benefits, such as increased harmony or productivity, and conversely diminished hostility and disruption.

Method

A method basically is a procedure, technique, or way of doing a particular thing in accordance with a definite plan. It can be defined as a plan or procedure followed to accomplish a task or attain a goal. Moreover, it can be defined as Means or manner of procedure, especially a regular and systematic way of accomplishing something .Orderly arrangement of parts or steps to accomplish an end .Also, the procedures and techniques characteristic of a particular discipline or field of knowledge. Method is a technique of acting in which the actor recalls emotions and reactions from past experience and uses them in identifying with and individualizing the character being portrayed.

Methodology

Methodology can be defined:
A body of practices, procedures, and rules used by those who work in a discipline or engage in an inquiry; a set of working methods:
The study or theoretical analysis of such working methods.
The branch of logic that deals with the general principles of the formation of knowledge.
Methodology can properly refer to the theoretical analysis of the methods appropriate to a field of study or to the body of methods and principles particular to a branch of knowledge.

Theory

· Set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.

Hypothesis

A hypothesis means an assumption. It is an uncertain explanation of an observation. Such kind of tentative explanation or an assumption is usually made at the early stages of the investigative process, guiding the investigator in his quest for searching for supporting data. The hypothesis is then declared as right or wrong depending upon the well-researched findings of the study.
A hypothesis is an educated guess at why something happens or how it happens that is unconfirmed by testing or evidence. Using your hypothosis, you would then conduct experiments until your hypothosis is proven true or false, or at least to the point that you can formulate a working theory that you and others can continue to explore.

paradigm

A set or list of all the inflectional forms of a word or of one of its grammatical categories .paradigm in the general sense, a pattern or model in which some quality or relation is illustrated in its purest form; but in the terminology of structuralism, a set of linguistic or other units that can be substituted for each other in the same position within a sequence or structure. A paradigm in this sense may be constituted by all words sharing the same grammatical function, since the substitution of one for another does not disturb the syntax of a sentence. Strategy
